If there was ever a section at Kemble that bridged the gaps between others then the Working Arena is it!
From tractor and steam power, through to brute force and skillful hands there is always something of interest happening in this corner of the steam section.
Organised by Shaun Smith, who will have gathered various implements and attractions for you to marvel at. From Threshing drums kicking up a dust storm, to rack saw
benches shaping timber products in an age old fashion, the sights, sounds and aroma of this productive area are simple fascinating.
Blacksmiths turn and twist metal, stone crushers pulverise stone, the list as they say is endless and the skills timeless.
