Historic Military Vehicles are fascinating to both young and old alike.

From the humble jeep to the imense tracked armour, there is something about a military vehicle that draws you towards it and fills you with a desire to find out more. By their very nature they are rich in history and all have varied stories attached.

At the Gloucestershire Steam Extravaganza we always gather a wide selection of vehicles that date from pre First World War to present day . The display is put together in a way that offers our visitor a chance to get up close to each vehicle and inspect first hand the vehicles and equipment that have helped shape the world as we see it today.

As well as a rich service history many of these wonderfully preserved and restored machines will have appeared in some of the great war movies of our time, again adding to the charm of these diverse and fascinating machines.
