What could we possibly say about the Fun Fair that you don't already know about? For generations families have been drawn to the travelling extravaganza like moths to a flame, to sample the thrills and spills, sights and sound and magical atmosphere to be found within.

Of course our Fun Fair at the Gloucestershire Steam Extravaganza, isn't just an ordinary modern day set of attractions, that would be far too easy to set up. Instead each year we gather with the help of the Dorman Brothers one of the finest collections of Vintage rides anyone would care to bear witness too.

 Don't be fooled by the word 'vintage' however, this is as much an interactive set up as can be found on any modern day amusement park. There is no shortage of thrills and spills that can be found by riding upon the Steam Yachts, Walzers, Big Wheel and of course the fairground favourite, the Dodgems. Not forgetting the Steam driven Gallopers, which are as enjoyable to watch as they are to ride upon.

 Smaller rides are presented for the younger generations as is a traditional arcade and various side stalls, which offers various challenges for young and old alike.

 Being a traditional Fun Fair we also run as many of the rides in an authentic way via the mighty Showman's Engines (Link), which is something to marvel at. Couple this with the Fairground Transport section (Link) which features vintage lifters and shifters as well as beautiful living vans and Fairground organs…well to be honest this is on section we do not really have to try and sell to you is it?
