The Stroud Vintage Transport & Engine Club, is the organising body behind the Gloucestershire Steam & Vintage Extravaganza.

If your interested in anything connected with the preservation movement then why not join this friendly organisation?

As well as the huge event at Kemble, the club also runs a number of social occasions  on a monthly basis throughout the year. These take to form of free indoor meetings during the Winter months, where members are treated to talks and film shows.

Subjects covered are varied and have in the last few years featured trams, railways, buses, traction engines, commercial vehicles, canals, industrial archeology; in fact anything involving old machinery and vintage transport are likely to be covered at some point.
